Yoga Classes In Windermere
From kid's classes to limited mobility, beginner or advanced yogis, there’s a class available in Invermere for every-body!! Here is a break down on the yoga classes.
Yin Yoga: poses are held up to 3 minutes which really assists in a deeper stretch in the joints and ligaments as well as creates a more meditative quality.
Limited Mobility Yoga: yoga classes can be done from a chair for those recovering from surgery or those with mobility issues. The studio is wheelchair accessible.
Slow Flow Yoga: classes offer a calm and smooth flow of movement in coordination with a continuous connection to the breath.
Hatha Yoga: is a tad more vigorous than slow flow which includes traditional theory and movement to engage your balance, strength and energetic systems.
PiYo LIVE: is a low-impact, super upbeat yoga workout designed to make you sweat! No experience is necessary!
A beginner to yoga would be fine in any of Pamela’s classes. Children 12 and under are welcome to attend classes marked as ‘kid-friendly’ for free!
