Meet Your Teacher

Pamela Howse

Pamela's practice began nearly 20 years ago after following an impulse to learn how to move energy in order to influence the body's state of health. She is passionate about promoting self healing and enjoys supporting others in their health and wellness journey.

Pamela is registered with Natural Health Practitioners Canada and has over 2000 hours of instructional practice. She strives to create a safe space for herself and others to cultivate a healthy self care routine.

Pamela's classes are alignment focused and emphasize proper engagement and concentration. She offers mindful movement instruction for all levels of ability which will prove to renew and accelerate  your vitality, strength and flexability.
